Promoting health and well-being through rugby and yoga.

Learn about our program

Aligning with your goals, our program delivers non-contact (touch or flag) rugby sessions and yoga classes designed to help young people develop positive behaviors. While gaining confidence in themselves, the PeaK program instills values like teamwork and leadership in the young people we work with.

Contact (tackle) rugby can be accommodated, if deemed appropriate and beneficial by the institution.

Sessions Can Include:

  • Breathing exercises to focus the mind

  • Physical activity incorporating fitness, games, and skill development

  • Water break and moderated group discussions focusing on challenges on and off the field

  • Reflecting on the lessons and key takeaways of each session
