Robin O’Hare

program manager, yoga

Robin O’Hare is passionate about sharing movement, meditation and creativity with people from all walks of life. Robin has been a competitive athlete her entire life. She started out as a gymnast and ended up a rugby player, with many years of soccer and brazilian jiu-jitsu in between.  When she discovered yoga, the path of self inquiry began and the need to compete drifted away.  Robin currently works as a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist at New York Presbyterian Westchester Behavioral Health Center. She has provided therapeutic services in hospitals and residential treatment settings with children, adolescents and adults in the New York City area.  Robin has experience leading yoga with broad populations, in a wide variety of settings including studios, community centers, homeless shelters, inpatient psychiatric settings and residential treatment centers.  Robin is a NY State Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT).  She is nationally registered and Board Certified by the American Art Therapy Association (ATR-BC).  She is a certified yoga instructor and holds an MA in Art Therapy from New York University.
