Why rugby + yoga?

The combination of rugby and yoga provides participants with unique opportunities to engage both the body and mind. Rugby and yoga complement one another by providing a natural framework for balance.

Rugby is an intense, fast paced physical activity that requires players to work together, often times under pressure.

Yoga is an individual practice that helps calm the mind and alleviate stress in the body.

When both activities are offered, participants have the opportunity to experience a broad range of physical and mental challenges. PeaK facilitators are skilled at supporting young people in this process and making it fun!
